I'm not finding an available appointment that works for me. How do I add myself to the Waitlist?
Adding yourself to the Waitlist is an excellent decision! Here's how to do that: Select the service you want to book and the date you prefer. Confirm the time desired is not available. Select the option to "Join the waitlist". You'll be notified if an appointment becomes available due to cancellations.
I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment. What is your cancellation policy?​
48 hours notice is requested, 24 hours notice is required. No cancellation fee is required to cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled service. However, a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking your next appointment. Cases of true emergency or illness will be handled with discretion and understanding.
Can I get a price quote for a color or extension service?
All color prices listed are current and should be considered an estimate. Color consultations are not currently available online as every color visit begins with a consultation. Please feel free to contact me if you are in question as to what type of service you need or are unsure of factors that may result in additional costs or services.
Do I have to schedule an extension consultation first? ​
Consultations are necessary for all new installs and are the only way to get a pricing quote and book your install. This is to ensure the desired volume and length are suitable for your current hair and scalp conditions. The cost of the consultation service is paid at the time of the visit and is applied towards any non refundable deposits required to book an extension install.
Why can't I schedule a maintenance appointment for my extensions? ​
In keeping with best practices, maintenance appointments are not currently available online. Not to worry - I've got you covered! All maintenance appointments are scheduled at the end of install services to optimize timing between appointments.
